What does it do?
When placing two signs next to each other on a wall, both signs are treated as one long sign.

Individuality
Signs can be manually set to individual, allowing you to edit the sign as if it was a vanilla sign.
Note: Signs automatically seperate based on wood type. there is currently no way to combine multiple sign wood types.
